A member who registered as Senior or Auxiliary is required to contribute 10 hours of volunteer work to the club each fiscal period, October 1st thru the period ending September 30th. Failure to do so will require the Membership Chair to include a $50 assessment to Senior and a $20 assessment to Auxiliary when registering for membership in the following year. A member who skips one year of membership is still required to pay the assessment. Recording of the Work Hours: In order for you to receive credit for work done around the club, you must complete a WORK RECORD form. Blank forms are available at the club house just as you walk in on the glass display case as well as in the mailbox on the electric poll near the entrance.
Complete the form by entering you membership number on the Badge No. line. Enter the date you performed the work. Please print your name. Check off the area you worked in. On the Memo line, write in the task performed.
Then have the form signed by the in-charge person for whom you worked for or the person who you coordinated with on getting the task approved. Note – you can let the person (committee chair or board of director) who signed submit the approved form for you or you can drop it off in the mail safe located as you enter the club house near the office door. You may also place in the mailbox in the plastic bag. For some of the major club events, the Committee Chair has an option to prepare a worksheet to credit the hours worked instead of preparing dozens of Work Record forms.
The current Work Hours Report is available. Press the button to view the password protected report. If you need the password, send request via the email account you gave the club on the membership application. Send to email@example.com
